The Cisco Systems Legal Internship is available to rising 2L students who are enrolled at an ABA-accredited law school. To be considered for this role, you should be detail-oriented, able to work both independently and cohesively with a team, possess outstanding organizational and communication skills, and have a strong interest in starting a legal career as an in-house attorney. As an intern, you will have the chance to work across various legal practice groups, helping to enable Cisco’s mission of building innovative technologies for customers worldwide. You will receive a wide range of learning opportunities and experiences to help provide a rewarding experience, including flexible opportunities to engage with Cisco team members, one-on-one executive mentorship, ample networking opportunities, and access to skills training and career development resources. Successful completion of the Rising 2L summer internship provides a direct pathway to a Rising 3L summer internship, followed by a two-year rotation program after law school graduation, and ultimately placement in a legal function to begin your in-house legal career.
