BAE Systems Corporate Legal Internship-PAID

Description

The BAE Systems Corporate Legal Internship is open to current J.D. students with a strong academic record and excellent writing and analytical skills. To be considered for this role, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to commit to working a four day per week in-office schedule. As an intern, you will work closely with the Global Trade and International Compliance team(s) on projects and assignments within these practice areas (e.g. ITAR, EAR, Global Export Controls, Anti-Corruption, Third Party Due Diligence). You will participate in rotational assignments across the Legal Department assisting with projects as assigned in various corporate legal practice areas, including: employment, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, procurement, and government contracts.
