The FedEx Commercial Growth and Learning Internship is available to currently enrolled college students with a minimum GPA of 3.0. To be considered for this role, you should have an interest in instructional design, corporate learning, or education technology. You should also have experience creating interactive content (videos, simulations, games) and familiarity with eLearning platforms, LMS tools, and Microsoft Office. As an intern, you will assist in designing and implementing learning experiences for non-selling commercial teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and corporate education. You’ll create engaging content, support virtual learning sessions, and help ensure programs remain relevant and effective. This internship is offered in Memphis, TN.
