The Dropbox CX Video Content Design Internship is open to students currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in multimedia, communications, film, design, marketing, education, or a related field. To be considered for this role, you should have an interest in content creation, visual storytelling, and digital media as well as basic experience creating video or digital content through coursework, personal projects, or internships. You should be familiar with video or social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and should possess an understanding of how titles, thumbnails, and descriptions influence video engagement. As an intern, you will support the creation, updating, and publishing of educational video and multimedia content. You will assist with scripting, editing, organizing, and preparing learning assets for multiple platforms and distribution surfaces and will help maintain and organize a centralized library of customer education content, including updates and review cycles. You will also support content quality, consistency, and scalability initiatives, including basic audits to identify outdated or duplicate assets as well as track content performance and engagement, contributing to insights that inform future improvements. This internship is offered on a remote basis during the summer.
