TransUnion Marketing Internship-PAID

Description

The TransUnion Marketing Internship is available to undergraduate students who are pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. To be considered for this role, you should possess excellent communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills. As an intern, you will utilize Google Analytics and other tools to identify trends, patterns and pain points for the agent experience with the knowledge base and will provide recommendations for changes to the knowledge base, including content, linking and other factors, to improve efficiency and searchability of the information. You will design and develop clear and easily consumable knowledge articles to ensure business unit compliance with company policies and federal/state laws. You will also adjust content/knowledge articles and search criteria based on trends to allow for efficient use of the knowledge base by all agents. Interns participate in career development workshops, networking events, and guest speakers throughout this 12-week internship.
