GM AI/ML Engineering Internship-PAID

Description

The GM AI/ML Engineering Internship is available to full-time undergraduate students who are majoring in computer science and related fields. To be considered for this role, you should have experience with modern object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python) and with coding in Java, C/C++, Perl, PHP, GO or Python. Preference may be given to candidates who are familiar with AI-assisted engineering tools, research and/or work experience in machine learning infrastructure, and experience with distributed systems and scheduling algorithms. As an intern, you will help develop and optimize the AV ML Infra by improving data processing pipelines, scheduling, accelerating model training and inference workflows, and/or enhancing testing infrastructure like Carbench/HIL. You will support tool development, instrumentation, and system monitoring to boost reliability, reduce latency, and increase iteration speed for autonomous driving performance.
