Description

The Airbus Human Resources Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a degree in human resources or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates from the DC Metro/Northern Virginia area. To be considered for this role, you should be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism, have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong project management skills. As an intern, you will play a supportive role in the daily operations of the HR department, focusing on leadership development activities as well as engagement activities for both HR and Environmental and Health and Safety domains. This role offers the opportunity to support high-visibility HR projects, interact with business management and HR, and create deliverables for the highest levels of leadership in a major corporation.
