Description

The Charles Schwab Finance Internship is available to upper-division college students who are majoring in a field with a strong quantitative component (applied math, statistics, economics, physics, financial engineering, etc.). To be considered for this role, you should have a solid understanding of statistical and quantitative modeling concepts and practical experience using statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets. You should also possess advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint as well as in extracting data from relational databases. As an intern, you will have a front-row seat for the latest modeling challenges within treasury, and you will gather hands-on experience in both full balance sheet and product modeling. Interns will focus on a feature a business track project, an intern cohort project, learning activities, volunteering in the community, a dedicated intern leader, networking, and exploring their unique personal strengths. This nine-week internship is offered in Lone Tree, CO.
