The Subaru Research and Development Automotive Design Internship is open to students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in transportation design, product design, or a related field. To be considered for this opportunity, you should be highly skilled in automotive exterior, interior, and/or color, material, and finish (CMF) design. Additionally, you should have proficiency with all industry standard software including Photoshop, Blender/SubD, and Alias. As an intern, you will generate automotive design proposals in 2D and 3D, collect and analyze customer and market trend information, work with digital modeling and visualization teams to prepare designs for presentation, and support the NASI design team with a variety of assignments related to advanced design for the U.S. market. This 10 - 12-week internship is offered in Tustin, CA.
