HR Steering Region Americas Internship

Description

The HR Steering Region Americas Internship is available to students who are currently enrolled n a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university in the United States. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA or higher, have completed at least 60 college credit hours and be majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources or Pyschology. As an intern, you must demonstrate excellent time-management skills, have the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information, have strong analytical and communication skills and be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to be considered for this internship. Intern duties may include, organization and planning of leadership programs throughout the region, prepare market research presentations and trend reports, support talent management processes throughout the region and other duties as necessary. Prior BMW Group experience is applicable to international J1 students only. This internship is located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
