Description

The Walt Disney Industrial Light and Magic IT Internship is available to junior and senior-level undergraduate students 18 years of age and older who are majoring or have coursework in film, information systems/technology, computer science, or a related discipline. To be considered for this role, you should have experience with Windows and Mac systems, familiarity with Linux, knowledge of database concepts and vector embeddings, and proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience with advanced AI technologies, focusing on the development of autonomous IT support agents that enhance help desk operations through process automation and intelligent user support. You will assist with ILM IT Operations - the backbone of technology support across Lucasfilm’s divisions including production, corporate, and Disney business segments. This internship is offered in San Francisco, CA.
