The Discovery Biology Oncology Internship is available undergraduate and graduates students who are pursuing a degree in biology or related field. You must have hands-on experience with lab techniques such as in vitro cell culture, have effective communication skills, ability to work with teams in a matrixed organization and be authorized to work in the US. As an intern, you will conduct cell culture experiments to explore target-related disease biology and assess various cellular models for suitability in future pharmacological studies, actively participate in project team meetings and discovery biology group discussions to share your work and gain exposure to collaborative research environment and design and execute plate-based assays such as Nano-Glo, CellTiter-Glo, In-Cell Western, and high-content imaging to support compound screening and mechanism-of-action analyses.
