The Home Depot Orangeworks Software Engineer Intern-Fall is available to students interested in working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team. You must be legally permitted to work in the U.S. be at least 18 years of age, and have experience with object-oriented programming language to be considered for this position. Preference given to applicants who have exposure with web-front-end technology and framework such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, and Jquery and are familiar with version control systems (preferably Git). As an intern, you will further your software development skills and learn the fundamentals of full stack development. You will conduct research and build a prototype to help solve a real-world business problem by exploring how newer or emerging technologies can help move the business forward. You will not only be coding your prototype but you will also learn about design thinking and be able to practice your presentation skills through sharing your work with stakeholders. This internship is located in Atlanta, GA, with the possibility of working remotely.
