People Internship

Description

The People Internship is available to college juniors and seniors who are majoring in human resources, sociology, business, communications or a related field focused around HR and people. Internship duties may include working alongside our Senior Director of People to keep the People function of MOIC moving forward, helping to manage our onboarding system and HRIS, ensuring data integrity across all systems, supporting our benefits and payroll administration, developing learning and development content for our HQ and our locations, recruitment coordination, learning the ropes, helping to develop our recruitment processes, and eventually own and hire for key roles at MOIC, performing general office support, including day-to-day administrative tasks and work-related errands, planning and schedule meetings, and organizing internal staff events. You must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and to protect key company data, be comfortable taking direction and changing gears quickly, be comfortable taking direction, have strong organizational and communication skills and be available at least three full days a week in New York City or San Francisco in order to be considered for this internship.
