The Costume Design Internship is available to college juniors and seniors who are majoring in fashion design or related design field that is focused on the development of physical spaces. Internship duties may include assisting our product, design and experience teams in developing costumes and uniforms for characters and employees in our locations, sourcing, researching, ordering, and tracking materials, building mock-ups and prototypes of the costumes, creating tech packs and spec sheets for all uniforms, developing the processes we would need to make these costumes at scale, performing general office support, including day-to-day administrative tasks and work-related errands, planning and schedule meetings, and organizing internal staff events. You must have a portfolio that shows a range of physical projects and your approach to creative thinking, an extensive knowledge of fabrics, have the ability to understand brand guidelines and execution, be comfortable taking direction, have strong organizational and communication skills and be available at least three full days a week in New York City or San Francisco in order to be considered for this internship.
