Food Service Intern

The Food Service Intern is available to students currently enrolled in a certified culinary institute or college with a hospitality major and has completed 6 months of training. You must have general knowledge of food preparation and presentation, ability to evaluate and plan menus, and knowledge of NJ or DE State Board of Health regulations for Food Safety to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will assists with the management of the entire dining room seating area including assigning server sections and server side work.
