Description
The HPM News Internship is open to candidates who demonstrate a strong interest in journalism and are self-starters who are curious about the world. To be considered for this role, you should have at least three of the following competencies and be willing to learn the others: Strong writing for digital and/or broadcast (weighted most heavily), Audio production, research, photojournalism, Social media best practices, vocal performance for broadcast. As an intern, you will develop and strengthen journalism skills in newsgathering, feature reporting, digital platforms and multimedia production. At the end of your internship, you should have three-four completed projects for your portfolio and have real-world experience for your resume.
