Immigrants' Rights Project Internship

The Immigrants' Rights Project Internship is available to students who are recent graduates or currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have completed at least one year. Intern duties may include conducting factual research, assisting with web-based informational updates, assisting with written and telephonic inquiries from persons seeking legal assistance, assisting in the maintenance of case files and compiling of press files, tracking current legislation related to immigration and assisting with event planning and coordination. You must demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills, strong computer skills, a commitment to civil liberties and immigrant's rights, an interest in social justice and legal issues and the initiative to see projects through to be considered for this internship.
