Description
The Health Initiatives Internship is open to students in good academic standing who are completing their freshman year. Intern duties may include helping to assist in arming doctors, hospitals and nurses with the correct brochures, helping recruit new volunteers for our programs, cataloging media items, assisting at working health fairs and other community events and contacting resources in Cancer Resource Database to confirm that services are still available. You must a minimum GPA of 3.0, be able to work as part of a team, have excellent computer skills be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills to be considered for this internship.
