Norm Mineta Internship

The Norm Mineta Internship is available to students who are interested in internship opportunities within the U.S. Department of Defense and other defense agencies. You must have completed at least 45 academic credits in an accredited college or university and be studying: engineering, history, mathematics/statistics, computer science/information technology, finance/accounting, economics/business, foreign languages, science, communications or political science/international relations. You must also be a U.S. citizen, have a minimum 2.95 GPA, and pass security clearance at the Secret level to qualify for this program. Interns will receive a full scholarship covering the Washington Center's program fee, full-furnished housing in the Washington, D.C. metro area, a weekly stipend of $250 and round-trip travel to and from Washington, D.C.
