Disney College Program Eligibility and Roles

To be eligible for the Disney College Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (or have graduated within the past 24 months). Participants are placed in a variety of guest-facing roles like:
  • Operations: Including Attractions, Transportation, and Custodial.
  • Lodging: Front Desk, Bell Services, and Concierge.
  • Food/Beverage: Quick Service and Full Service dining.
  • Retail/Sales: Merchandise and Vacation Planning.
  • Entertainment: Character Performers and Character Attendants.
  • Exclusive Perks: Live, Learn, and Earn
