Deadline: January 14, 2020 Open to: College Sophomores through College Seniors The Spring 2020 Communications - Critical Media Management Internship is open to junior and senior college students pursuing degrees in communications, media studies, political science or pre-law. Intern duties may include providing direct support to Sr. Director of Critical Media, helping to manage incoming media requests and provide direct assistance to Girl Scouts’ 111 councils across the nation in dealing with media inquiries of a sensitive nature, compiling incoming inquiries, assessing their risk, drafting or engaging in direct response, and drafting materials for social and traditional media and other duties as needed. You must demonstrate excellent writing skills, be organized, resourceful, adaptable and digital savvy in order to be considered for this internship.

Disney College Program Internship

Deadline: Varies Open to: College Freshmen through Graduates, Year 5 The Disney College Program Internship is open to students who are enrolled in an accredited college or university and have completed at least one semester. You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for this internship. Internship roles include: attractions, custodial, guest relations, guest research, parking cashier, PhotoPass photographer, resort transportation and parking, ticket taker, hopper and main entrance operations. All internships take place at Walt Disney World theme parks and resorts. All majors are welcome to apply.

NASA Internships

Deadline: Varies Open to: High School Juniors through Seniors The NASA Internships are available to are available to high school through graduate level students attending full-time accredited programs appropriate to the NASA internship. You must be a U.S. citizen, majoring in wide-variety of majors ranging from business to science and engineering to be considered for this internship. College-level interns must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0. As an intern, you will engage in scientific or engineering research, development, and operations activities. In addition, there are non-technical internship opportunities to engage in professional activities which support NASA business and administrative processes.

Summer Scientist Intern, Radio and Music Informatics

Deadline: Varies Open to: College Freshmen through Graduate, Year 5 The Summer Scientist Intern, Radio and Music Informatics position is open to students who are at least 18 years of age. Intern duties include contributing solutions to a broad set of problems ranging from enhancing our content understanding for our audio content to building recommendation algorithms to power our next generation of personalization services and other duties as needed. You must be pursuing education in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or related field, and demonstrate the ability to work well in a small team, have solid programming skills and experience designing and building music information retrieval or recommender systems in order to be considered for this internship.

Undergraduate Internship Program - CIA

Deadline: Varies Open to: College Freshmen through College Juniors The Central Intelligence Agency's Undergraduate Internship Program is available to undergraduate students who have a strong interest in foreign affairs. You must be a U.S. citizen and have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award. Interns must work either a combination of one semester and one summer internship, or two 90-day summer internships. Preference will be given to students majoring in: engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, physical sciences, foreign languages, area studies, business administration, accounting, international relations, finance, logistics, human resources, geography, national security studies, military and foreign affairs, political science and graphic design.

You must be committed to learning new things, taking ownership and getting things done to be considered for this internship.
