Will study abroad set me back in my major?

Posted 8 months ago I definitely want to study somewhere outside of the U.S. but I heard that the classes in these programs aren't usually exactly like the ones you'd have to take for your major. I want to go abroad, but I can't afford to have to go an extra semester to do it. |

| Posted 8 months ago It really shouldn't because you should have enough freedom in which classes you take in order to take classes that have nothing to do with your major and still get the degree on time. |

| Posted 8 months ago It also really depends on what your major is. But like Kaylene said you should be able to find an abroad program that will fulfill your general ed. requirements. |
