It is because of the Us constitution that we have the freedome of speech. To be able to express yourself as you want, without harming someone else is a wonderful right. Many countries in the world dont have the opportunity that we have in America. People migrate all over the world to settle in the United States of America, to be able to share this freedom that is giving to us. Like Jehovah, the US government created this law for us to be free to our own speech and decisions in life. In a sense it is a God giving right that is being duplicated by our government to allow us to be happy as a creature of God.
