Right now i tend to langston university, and trying to attend university of central oklahoma "the dream college".

Now as far as my gpa (which is good but could be better)...Lets say "What if my gpa is under the requirments for the school that im trying to transfer to?" Could i still attend the college im trying to get in by getting scholarships, grants, and my art portfolio?
