If you're religious, I suggest that you turn to God for help..

If not, try to keep a journal. Try to write in it every night. It'll help you clear your thoughts.

I guess the best advice i could give you is that you should go to a counselor and have a talk with them on a bad day because they are there to help and support the people that need a person to talk to.

FOR EXAMPLE: In my school district they have a health center when they help out students in need and also the provide counselling. If i had a bad day in school that day then i could go in and talk to one of the counselors in the clinic center.

I personally understand what you mean when you say that you parentss expect you to do the best becasue i get that everyday from my parents so i know what you are going trough.

I HOPE THIS HELPS :]

Briana sorry to hear that you're having this complications. I am a mother of 8 children and we do talk to each other about what is bothering us. Someone gave one good advice-go to the councellor in your school. If you don't want to do that like someone else stated-pray ask God for the answer. Pressure is not easy to fight off by ourselves, we need help from someome. People need people always, but choice wisely. Some sisters and or brothers fight all the time, it's not just your sister, but I feel what you are tell us. See if you can sit and talk to mom/dad at least once. If they don't understand or it just don't come out right then go to the councellor or to a church (a good church) to talk to the pastor. The most of all--do your school work everyday-and your homework. Education will bring you out of the life you don't want to be in or grow up to be in. Focus on what you want to become and work toward that only. Write us back with your results.
