Okay, I'm not American Citizen nor prminent residence( legally been resident for about 3years in states). But I really need money for college, I don't much have options in scholarship or financial aid because of my status. So my question isthat is there any eligible loans for my situation?  I know who is going to lend a money to people with such unstable status, but I really need money. Oh, by the way I've applied for perminent residence, but it's in process, and it takes about 2~3 years which by that time I will should have been graduated from college.

I'm not allowed to work either... sucks doesn't it?
