But you know, they said Junior year would be the hardest... and they weren't kidding.

I have 4 Honors Classes, 1 AP, and ASB (which takes up a quarter of my day, since the fact that we have to be doing community service and planning events.)

I still manage to be in the Basketball Team and Class President, although this year will be super intense, we have to keep on top... even if it means no time for ourselves throughout the year.

I'm sure it'll pay off in the future

Im a senior and i came into this school year thinking it would be my easiest year....i thought wrong. It's alot to do and this year I have to keep my grades up because it's my last year.....but it is so hard to work when you stay stressed out if anyone knows anyway to cool the stress let me know...it would sure help me...

wait till you're a senior scholarship and college searches are tough and it's so stressful picking out what u will do with the rest of your life

Yes! i am burnt out i already want to stop doing homework but i got a future. people said senior year was easy. let me tell you it is not more AP classes, plus financial aid, and scholarships to fell out. its all pilled up high.

my junior year was crazy. i never had time to breathe, and now that i'm in my senior year, i feel like i have nothing to do with myself, even on top of the scholarship stuff haha it's crazy how things turn around

I'm completely burnt out. I was burnt out last year. I can't keep this up for much longer. What really makes me angry is that our parents didn't have to do ANY of this crap to get into a good college. Prices were reasonable, they weren't over-tested, and they didn't have to do a super-human amount of STUPID ACTIVITIES JUST TO LOOK GOOD FOR AN ADMISSIONS OFFICER.

 I feel like punching my brain out. I'm a senior this year and I'm so sick of everything. I'm sick of using my summers to do homework. I'm sick of the teachers. I'm sick of the meetings. I'm sick of the stupid SATs. I just want to get out already and it's only half way through the first quarter. : (  I'm going to go wallow in my self pity.

OMG!! You really said it for me. Im a senior and i also attend abc beauty and barber college and its so stressful. If your going to college you got to worry about application deadlines how your going to pay for it. make sure you go visit your intended colleges. sometimes i think i just want to give up but in order to be successful you have to go through the storm and the rain to see the sun shine again. so yes i understand but as a senior you have to write more essays in your honor classes well i do.

 I'm a senior and lets just say this is my first time working myself to death and being so commited to school work. I work on weekends, have an honors class, pre-calc is hard, and to top it off i play sports. Basketball is my main sport and it's around the corner. Theres to much on my plate and i barley get enough sleep. My boyfriend is a freshman at Eastbay and its even hard to keep up a long distance relationship. I AM BURNT OUT!

I've applied for 5 scholarships today. I guess I just do this to appease my conscience because I know I will never, ever, ever actually get a portion of any of them.  *Sigh*

Yeah for me thats normal, I'd probly feel the same way you do if I were you. ^_^

i give 75% of myself to school, work, and friends because otherwise u wind up burnt out keep a little to your self.

really i do...i am like in the exact same situation....and is taking college classes but i think that i could pass then i again i do have a job and do a lot of homework and the thing that makes it worse is i am not a school person and miss so so many days i do my best to catch up but i think  the thing you should do is take time off and regather yourself!!!!  maybe a day or two one everything so i am not telling to miss days but just give yourself a break before you get white hair fast lol....

I feel yall I am a senior, and i want to graduate, i knw i am cuz of my diploma that i will get. like forreal i can fail my earth science class, pass the sols not have to take the exam (or the other way around idk) and fail my US and Va History class because i pass the sol last year, AND STILL GRADUATE. BUT i am so freakin tired of this school work and stuff i just want to fall out. i guess i need something to look forward too other than graduation and actaully getting kicked out the house....but yea i'm done wit school mentally.
