I am researching a story on the cost of attending college -- the financial hardship on parents and students alike. In particularly, I want to find out if colleges are cutting parents/students any breaks this year with the economy. Are any colleges waiving late fees? At least one college in NJ did, which was welcomed. Like to hear especially from folks in NY,NJ and CT.
