Honestly, you just fill out everything you can about your profile. Everything that you know. The things you don't know, as your parents. More and more scholarships will come up from it. Some scholarships are given out to people just based on looks and heights. So you never really know.

As far as getting the ones you actually want, that's hard. FastWeb more just links all scholarships that fall under your profile answers, and links them all to you. That's why the ones you don't want, or may not be 100% eligable for, you can just discard away and move onto the next one. It's a long process, but it's good!
