Anyone have any suggestions as to going about getting a graduate assistantship? I am interested obtaining a Master's in Education and would like to apply for a GA to possibly coach on the college level.

You just need to talk with your department about this. They normally have several positions available each semesters for students wanting th experience and some extra money. Depending on what you are wanting to do, you can assist a professor by being a Teaching Assistant or work in a Writing Lab or something similar. Again, the best thing is to talk with either your advisor or someone in your department.
