Yes, Martha there is life within Graduate School. 

What I do was take one day only in the month and just do nothing.  No researching, classwork, homework, papers, nothing. 

I know I could have spent that day to do my work but it recharged me for the rest of the time.  I know it hard to balance, home, school, work and life, but sometimes one has to be selfish and take that one day.  It can keep you sane and in control.
