Check out our list of nationwide organizations that could use your help this spring break!
Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) – Join the nation’s largest animal protection organization in their fight to reduce suffering and improve the lives of animals across the U.S.
SAVE (Suicide Awareness Voices of Education) – This national nonprofit focuses on the three primary areas of public awareness, education and resources in dealing with issues involving depression and suicide prevention.
CSGV (Coalition to Stop Gun Violence) – This organization seeks to secure freedom from gun violence through research, strategic engagement and effective policy advocacy.
ADL (Anti-Defamation League) – The ADL fights anti-Semitism and all forms of bigotry in the U.S. and abroad through information, education, legislation, and advocacy.
AWF (American Wildlife Foundation) – Help animals in all sorts of ways by volunteering to care for animals, to garden, to clean and paint, to answer phones or perform secretarial tasks.
Greenpeace – Help stop global warming, protect oceans, whales, forests, eliminate toxic chemicals and more.
Keep American Beautiful – Help prevent litter, reduce waste and beautify communities across America.
American Red Cross – From training to be and ready to respond to disasters to supporting a blood drive you can becomes a volunteer with the nation’s premier emergency response organization.
American Association for the Deaf-Blind (AADB) – Their mission is to ensure that all deaf-blind persons achieve their maximum potential through increased independence, productivity, and integration into the community.
American Cancer Society – If you know someone who has battled with Cancer, get involved with the “official sponsor of birthdays.”
