Real Students. Real Award Money.

Real Students. Real Award Money.

These days, one in eight students win scholarships. Not bad odds. But these students increased those odds by using FastWeb to find the awards they could get. Here’s the word, straight from students who scored:

At first, I was skeptical of using a massive scholarship search engine. Then I realized, what the heck, I’ll give it a try. I decided that scholarships were not just going to come to me; I had to work for them. I would spend time every weekend during my senior year sorting through the hundreds of scholarships I could apply to. Even though I applied to way more than I received, the few that I did receive are essential to me being able to afford college now. If I could tell anything to people skeptical of using FastWeb or applying for scholarships in general is: just do it!
Emma F. – Won $15,000
Mount Holyoke College

FastWeb was the most complete yet personalized resource I found in my scholarship search. My goal was to be able to make a college decision regardless of the cost, and the scholarships I found on FastWeb enabled me to do so. I can credit FastWeb with helping me find these opportunities that ultimately won me $25,000.
Melanie Z. – Won $25,000
Syracuse University

Without this website, I wouldn’t have gotten half the money I did. FastWeb provided a list of so many scholarships that, even though I only won a few, I’m now able to fund my entire college education PLUS receive a check from the University.
Justin S. – Won $15,000
University of Iowa

I had not received any financial aid for college, and given the price tag at Harvard, it was tremendously helpful to have a free and easy-to-use search engine like FastWeb to sift through the hundreds of funding opportunities I considered during my senior year.
Jason S. – Won $50,000
Harvard University

It's amazing how many unused scholarships are out there, mostly because it's impossible to find all of them. FastWeb makes it easy to find scholarships all over the country. I couldn't have gone to college without it!

I'm Kenneth born and residing in Uganda, Africa in a middle class home that turned low class due to very many problems that I can not explain in a little time like this. I have managed to however go to school up to University but can not get any form of job since they need more training. I know it is always hard but I pray that once a scholarship comes my way to study in the field of Human resources management. Because only that will make me be thought of in the labor market here which is too competitive.

It's been very difficult to win a scholarship, despite working very hard, very good grades, extracurriculars, etc. School costs are literally leading toward such a burden , as to be a complete barrier to attending at all. Are others finding this? I was amazed at the lack of even decent loans, if nothing else.
