You’ll get your money back in the same form of payment used when you bought the item.

Don’t have your receipt?

Without the original receipt, you can only get an Abercrombie & Fitch credit for the current local price of the item you’re returning. Abercrombie & Fitch may limit the number of returns allowed without original receipt.

Items bought online.

You can exchange items bought online with your original invoice, this serves as your receipt so hang on to it.

You may return the item to any Abercrombie & Fitch store for a store credit.

You may send it through the mail.

If shipping within the U.S., you can use the label that was included at the bottom of your invoice. There is a charge to use this and that will be deducted from your refund.
