Party On at America's Top Party Schools
By Kathryn Knight
August 05, 2010
Just before the school year begins, the Princeton Review always makes it a point to release the all-you-need-to-know info on the nation’s best, worst and most happening college campuses. Of course, students rarely care about which campus wins “Most Politically Active” or “Best Classroom Experience.” Instead, everyone is waiting for baited breath for the list that really matters…the top ten party schools!
10. DePauw University—Greencastle, Indiana
Just making the final ten and also touting the title “smallest party college in the top ten” is DePauw University. Located in rural Greencastle, Indiana, the University houses a Liberal Arts college and a School of Music. It’s also home to one of the largest Greek systems in the country, earning it the #3 spot on the Princeton Review’s Major Frat and Sorority Scene list. The campus is comprised of about 2,400 students who come from 42 different states and 32 different countries.

MorganL147, thanks for the heads up! Actually, Mrs. Bush did attend University of Texas at Austin--she received her Master's in Library Science there but you are also correct that she did attend SMU for her undergraduate courses!

Any UCSB student knows that on a beautiful sunny day, the lagoon REEKS like a giant, uncleaned fish tank. The beach is only 30 feet from the lagoon and smells far less. Therefore, I have to disagree entirely. No one really studies by the lagoon. The beach, however is a different story.
