Description
The Stephen Thomas Harcrow Memorial Scholarship is open to full-time students enrolled in the College of Business at the University of Houston. You must be from one of the following counties: Leon, Robertson, Limestone, Freestone, Anderson, Houston or Madison to be eligible for this award. You must also have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
