The Larry D. Edwards Memorial Scholarship is open to students who are enrolled in horticulture, landscape design, or similar green-industry program at a North Carolina university, community college, or other educational institution accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).
