The Beverly J. Smith Memorial Scholarship is available to full - time female students residing in Dauphin, Cumberland, or Perry County. You must be attending an accredited college or university in Pennsylvania, have completed at least 60 credit hours with a minimum 3.4 GPA, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
