- The California Wine Grape Growers Foundation Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors whose parent is employed as a vineyard worker by a wine grape grower. To be eligible, you must attend any campus of the University of California, California State University, or a California community college in the fall of 2011 and enroll in at least 12 credits each semester.
