- The Little Family Foundation MBA Fellowship is open to past participants of any of Junior Achievement's high school programs and to volunteers who have taught a minimum of two classes of JA's K-8 programs. You must be a college graduate and have worked in business for at least two years. You must be applying to an MBA program (full-time, one- or two-year) at a select business school. The eligible school will match this award of $2,500 with a resulting award of $5,000.
