The Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Fellowship is available to students pursuing a two-year master's degree in international affairs or related subjects at a graduate or professional school approved by the Ralph J. Bunche International Affairs Center. You must have completed your undergraduate degree by June and intend to enter graduate school the following fall to be eligible for this award. Additionally, you must be a U.S. citizen, register to take the foreign service written examination and have and maintain a minimum 3.2 GPA. Selection will also be based on community, academic, extracurricular and leadership activities, two letters of recommendation, a personal statement and examples of writing skills. Eligible fields of study include, but are not limited to, public administration, public policy, business administration, foreign languages, economics, political science and communications.
