Description
The Switzer Environmental Fellowship is available to full - time graduate students with academic and career goals focused on environmental improvement. You must be enrolled in an accredited institution in California or New England and be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this award. Master's degree candidates must have completed at least one semester of work towards a degree, or, if enrolled in a one- year master's degree program, you may be nominated prior to enrollment. Ph.D. level applicants must have completed three years of doctoral work by July 1st or have passed their qualifying exams by May 1st. You must also have a strong vision of how you will apply your academic training to a career in the non - profit, government, or private sector.
