The Scranton Times-Tribune Scholarship is available to students at Keystone College who are the children of employees of The Scranton Times, The Tribune, The Citizen's Voice or a local radio station affiliate of Times-Shamrock Communications. You must also demonstrate financial need, good academic standing, and provide written employment verification on an annual basis to qualify for this award.
