- The Dean's Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at Arkansas State University who are Arkansas residents and high school graduates. You must have either a 24-26 ACT score (1110 SAT) and a minimum 3.25 GPA or have a minimum 24 ACT as the valedictorian or salutatorian or you graduating class to be eligible for this award. This renewable award provides tuition each year.
