- The Graduate Equity Fellowship is open to graduate students at California State University, East Bay. You must be a California resident, enroll in a minimum eight units per quarter, and demonstrate potential to succeed in graduate school and to complete a master's degree program in no more than two years as evidenced by undergraduate coursework and letters of recommendation. You must also demonstrate financial need of at least $1,000 and complete the FAFSA.
