Description
The Michael Baring-Gould Scholarship is available to full - time students at the University of Alaska Anchorage who are majoring in social sciences. Masters degree - seeking students in the interdisciplinary program are also eligible provided that sociology is one of the disciplines. To be considered for this award, you must demonstrate involvement in a project or area of study which reflects a commitment to social justice, peace, equality, and / or empowerment of minorities. In addition, undergraduates must have completed at least 30 credits with a maintained minimum GPA of 2.5, and graduates must have at least a 3.0 GPA.
