Description
The Myrtle and Virgil Bible Scholarship is available to graduates of Cement or Cyril High Schools in Oklahoma. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and attend the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma to be eligible for this award. The scholarship can be renewed if your grade point average is maintained. If no Cement or Cyril High School graduate is interested, a USAO student from that area can be selected.
