- The USA Honors Program Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at the University of South Alabama. You must be admitted to the honors program to be eligible for this award. A minimum 3.5 GPA and a minimum 27 ACT score are also required. The amount of the award will be determined by your GPA and ACT scores.
