Description
The Morton and Susan Rumberg Scholarship is available full - time undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a degree in education at an accredited institution located in El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Yolo, or Yuba counties. You must have a minimum 2.75 GPA and be serving or have served honorably in the United States Armed Forces need to be eligible for this award.
